What is a health coach?

A holistic health coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle to improve a clients’ health. Our lifestyle and nutrition is all connected. We view this approach through patterns, relationships, career, fitness, and more. I guide women in making behavioral changes to live a healthier lifestyle by supporting with:

  • Nutrition and Wellness

  • Hormonal balacning

  • Life Counseling

i provide women with honest nutritional advice and support. Health coaching is a client lead approach in which i’m here to provide the tools necessary to experience optimal living conditions and increase your internal mindset.

My Concept

I approach health coaching from a perspective of “bio individuality.” Meaning, there is no one-size-fits-all diet. we are all beautifully unique as ourselves or with our concerns. Each person requires their own approach WHICH IS WHY YOU’LL get a personalized, created plan that fit your needs specifically.

In the next 3 months we’ll focus on creating the wellness plan needed for you to begin a healthy, committed journey of healing by:

Developing your personalized wellness vision you desire

understanding nutrition to eat for sustainable health

Removing toxic habits and eating cycles that create imbalances

Connecting your values, and rituals for daily self care practices

Working through challenges you’ve had and creating realistic solutions

Complimentary 15 minute phone consultation

1:1 personalized coaching sessions

6 total sessions (bi-weekly for 60 minutes)

Unlimited access via email, private facebook group

Session notes after each session

Access to resources and tools to support your journey

You’ll have the support and tools needed to live the life you’ve always desired!

Ultimately, I want you to feel encouraged, and know that YOU are the healer of your body. You don’t need to hop on every new diet that comes out, because diets aren’t successful and they aren’t sustainable. I want you to walk away with the tools, knowledge and awareness of what it takes to truly live life stressless, while being in sync with your feminine being.
